Return on the day

Fee: Free of Charge

Returned at the same store
on the same day of rental ♪
  • We also stow removed clothing and luggage (one carry case per person) free of charge.
  • Please return rented items to the store you rented them from by 5:50 PM.

Convenient to return at a different store
than the one you rented from ♪
  • You can return the kimono to a different shop from you rented.
  • You can apply only until 1 pm of the day.
    Please return to the shop you registered between 5pm and 5:50pm.
  • Please apply on your arriaval and pick the shop you would return to later.
  • Our staff will deliver your luggage to the store you wish to return.Please note that your luggage will arrive after 5:00 p.m., so please return to the store after 5:00 p.m.
  • We will deliver your clothes, Plus up to one large piece of luggage such as a suitcase or backpack to the store of your choice.

Next Day Returns

Fee: 1,000 yen

Return the next day and enjoy sightseeing
at leisure on the day of rental ♪
  • Return to the store where you rented from next day by 5 pm.
  • You will be asked to present ID card to apply for Next Day Return.
  • As a temporary deposit 10,000yen (cash only) will be required which will be returned next day when you return the kimono.
  • A late fee of 3,300yen per day will be charged if kimono has been returned after the next day.

Hotel Returns

Fee: Starting at 1,500 yen (tax excluded)

You can go straight back to the hotel
where you are staying
and enjoy it with ease.
  • 2,000 yen for one person (tax excluded)
  • 1,500 yen per person for groups of two (tax excluded)
  • Limited to those staying within Kyoto City
  • We will send your clothes and luggage (one carry case per person) to your hotel.
  • Please return the kimono you rented to the front of the hotel by 9 AM the next morning.
